Kravica Waterfall<\/h6>\n

One of the most beautiful waterfalls in Bosnia and Herzegovina \u2013 <\/span>Kravica waterfall<\/b> is located on the Trebi\u017eat River in the village of Studenci, municipality of Ljubu\u0161ki. The waterfall is between 26 and 28 meters high and 120 meters wide. It was formed by a travertine barrier over which grass, moss, algae, and lichens have grown from the top to the bottom of the falls. Around the waterfall grow chaste trees, fig trees, and poplars. Numerous old stone mills along the Trebi\u017eat River stand today as reminders of past times, when they played an important role in the local economy.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The travertine areas surrounding Kravica Waterfall are considered geological natural monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the summer months, Kravica waterfall is a popular excursion and swimming destination<\/strong> where both locals and tourists come to cool off and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. There is also a restaurant near the waterfall where visitors can enjoy local cuisine with a view of Kravica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

An entrance fee is charged for visiting the waterfall, and the ticket also includes access to Ko\u0107u\u0161a Waterfall and the Humac Franciscan Museum. Ko\u0107u\u0161a waterfall<\/h6>\n

Ko\u0107u\u0161a<\/b> is a waterfall on the Mlada river, which changes its name to the Trebi\u017eat river about 2 kilometers downstream. It is located near the village of Veljaci, in the municipality of Ljubu\u0161ki.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Unlike most waterfalls, Ko\u0107u\u0161a is not known for its height, which is \u201conly\u201d five meters, but for its width \u2013 the waterfall stretches around fifty meters wide, contributing to its impressive overall appearance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compared to Kravica waterfall, Ko\u0107u\u0161a waterfall is less known and less visited by tourists. It is an ideal destination for visitors who wish to enjoy beautiful nature in a more intimate and peaceful atmosphere. During the summer months, the waterfall and its surroundings become a popular swimming and excursion area. Nearby, there is a restaurant where you can relax and enjoy a rich gastronomic offer with a view of this less commercial but equally charming waterfall.<\/span><\/p>\n
