Payment and cancellation policy
The full reservation amount is payable upon arrival at the hotel (cash or credit card). 3–5 days before arrival, you will be contacted by the hotel and asked to confirm your reservation once again.
If anything changes, please contact the hotel in a timely manner (at least 3 days before your arrival) by e-mail or telephone to modify or cancel your reservation.
Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before arrival.
This policy does not apply to reservations made during periods of high demand (such as the Mladifest festival), about which you will be informed immediately upon confirmation of your reservation. In such cases, a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount is required 30 days prior to arrival to secure your booking. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card, while the remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the hotel.
We also kindly ask you to inform the hotel as soon as possible if there are any changes to or cancellations of your reservation.
In case of cancellation after deposit payment the hotel retains the full amount of the deposit.
The tourist tax is 3.00 KM (€1.53) per person, per day and is included in the accommodation price.
